CONCEPT of the Republican campaign "Safe School"

Preamble: In accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan marriage and family, motherhood, fatherhood and childhood are under the protection of the State (Article 27).

According to the Convention on the Rights of the Child, States Parties undertake to ensure the child such protection and care as is necessary for their well-being and to that end shall take all appropriate legislative and administrative measures.

The basis of Kazakhstan's legislation on children laid the most important international legal instruments of the United Nations (the Convention on the Rights of the Child, ratified in 1994), containing the basic requirements of public policy in relation to children.

Among the most important laws, enshrines the right of children include the Code "On Marriage (Matrimony) and Family", the Law "On the Rights of the Child in the Republic of Kazakhstan", "On education", "On state youth policy", "On state assistance to families with Children "," On the prevention of juvenile delinquency and the prevention of child neglect and homelessness "," Children's Villages Style and Youth Homes "and others.

The legislation establishes liability for violation of the adult child's right to the inviolability of his person, for the attacks on his honor and dignity. In accordance with Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Rights of the Child," the state ensures security of the person of the child, and protects him from physical and (or) mental violence, cruel or degrading treatment, sexual assault and other antisocial actions. The new wording of the Criminal Code provides for criminal liability for violence of any kind, sexual and economic exploitation, abduction and trafficking of children.

Thus, in the Republic of Kazakhstan implemented a policy to ensure a comprehensive approach to prevention, prevention and combating violence against children.

Organization of information support of the Republican campaign "Safe School"

In order to implement an effective information support of the campaign "Safe School" local executive bodies are invited to prepare and carry out complex operations.

During the preparatory phase it is recommended to make a media plan, under which provide: a list of potentially interested media national and regional level, the preparation and dispatch announces a press release about the campaign and preparations of news ("ticker"), informational materials, which can be used journalists for articles (expert opinions, interviews), summary information for placement in social networks.

All the activities of the Republican campaign "Safe School" must be provided with a large-scale information support.
