On 10/09/2023, a preventive conversation was held for high school students with the participation of juvenile affairs inspectors from the State Law Enforcement Directorate of the Public Inspectorate of the Balkhash city - Nurbek A.A., Zhukin E.M., Korazbaev N.A.

      In their conversation, they touched on responsibility for committing crimes such as theft, robbery, extortion, and causing bodily harm. The teenagers were explained at what age criminal liability begins and what punishments are applied for committing crimes. Juvenile affairs inspectors recommended observing rules of behavior on the street, in public places, and places of public recreation. They touched upon issues of student behavior at school, respectful and correct attitude towards teachers, adults and peers, and communication on social networks. She also raised questions about the dangers of drinking alcohol and tobacco, and also explained the dangers of these addictions (electronic cigarettes), smoking mixtures, psychotropic and toxic substances. The children were also shown a video about at what age and where they can ride electric scooters.
