     School feeding for children while in school is an important condition for maintaining their health and ability to learn effectively. A good organization of school meals leads to an improvement in the health indicators of children in the first place, taking into account that they spend most of their time in school. A full and balanced diet contributes to the prevention of illnesses, increase of efficiency and achievement, physical and mental development of children and adolescents, creates conditions to their adaptation to modern life. Rational nutrition of students is one of the conditions for creating health.
 
     A great work on preserving the health of students is carried out by the teaching staff of the Lyceum. At the beginning of each new academic year, work is planned on this direction among teachers, pupils of the Lyceum. Work is underway to improve the material and technical base of the school canteen, and organizational and analytical work is carried out.
 
 
     The marriage commission, which includes a nurse, a student, the chairman of the parent committee and the administration of the Lyceum, operates in Vlica. At the beginning of the school year, parents' meetings are held, at which the school administrators act. Every month at the meetings with the director, questions are raised about the organization and development of school meals.
 
Great importance in our school is given to the coverage of nutrition for all students. The school trains 928 people. Children from socially unprotected and large families live on a special schedule, made up by a nutritionist. The social educator accompanies the children to the dining room, is present at meals and provides order.
 
       During the whole academic year, a number of activities on nutrition are conducted at the Lyceum. In October, a school line was held on the topic: "Dұrys tamaқtanu". Where the students of the 6A class told their peers about useful nutrition advice, about the daily diet of the schoolchild, that is, the pupils should eat at least 4 times a day, and during the inter-season (autumn-winter, winter-spring) the pupil should receive vitamin-mineral complexes of the appropriate age.
 
 
      Representatives of the "HLS" center on October 18 held a lecture with students of grades 5-6 on the theme: "Mektep oyushysynyң tamaytanuy". During the lecture, the topic of malnutrition was discussed, where the students received answers to questions of interest to them. At the end of the lecture, booklets and brochures on proper nutrition were distributed.
