In accordance with subparagraph 14 ) of Article 5 of the Law of the 
Republic  of Kazakhstan dated 27 July 2007 "On education" and organized 
in order to complete the 2015 - 2016 school year and of intermediate and 
final certification of secondary school students , regardless of their form 
of  ownership and subordination order:

1. Set the following deadlines for the completion of the school year and

1 ) Training sessions in pre-school , 1-11 ( 12 ) classes of all kinds of 
daytime and evening (shift ) secondary schools completed May 25, 2016 ;

2 ) intermediate certification of students is 5-8 ( 9 ) , 10 ( 11 ) classes
 held before May 31, 2016 ;

3) The final examination of students 9 ( 10 ) school sophomore general education curriculum of basic secondary education, held from 30 May to 15 June 2016, enrolled 11 ( 12 ) classes have mastered the educational curriculum of general secondary education - c 1 to June 20, 2016 of the year;

4 ) 9 students ( 10 ) school sophomore general education curriculum of basic 
secondary education, pass the three required exams and oral examinations for 
the selection of 1-2 subjects.

 Written examination in the native language and literature ( by language )
 - May 30, 2016 ( essay - for pupils of schools with intensive study of the
 humanities and grammar , dictation - for others ) ;

written exam in algebra - June 3, 2016 ;

oral exam on the Kazakh language at schools with Russian , Uzbek , Uighur and
 Tajik languages ​​of instruction - June 8, 2016 ;

oral exam on the Russian language in schools c Kazakh language - June 8, 2016 ;
5) The final examination of students 11 ( 12 ) classes have mastered the educational
 curriculum of general secondary education is conducted in the form of uniform national
 testing ( hereinafter - UNT ) or the state graduation exams .

Those interested in the current academic year to act in the organization of
 higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan are final certification in the 
form of UNT 1 to June 15, 2016 .

11 students of secondary schools with Uzbek, Uighur and Tajik languages ​​of 
instruction (with the exception of students applying for certificates of 
"Altyn Belgi " and honors c ) at the request may participate in the UNT in the
 Kazakh and Russian languages.

Students 11 ( 12 ) classes of general secondary education institutions that 
do not wish to complete a year of study to enter the higher education 
organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan and participate in the UNT , 
pass state exams : four compulsory and oral examinations for the selection 
of 1-2 subjects.

 oral exam on the Russian language in schools with the Kazakh language

 learning ) in the form of compositions ( for evening schools - dictation)
 - June 6, 2016 ;

Written exam in algebra and data analysis - June 8, 2016 ;

oral exam on the history of Kazakhstan - June 11, 2016 .

republican general educational specialized educational organizations to ensure

intermediate and final assessment of students in educational institutions 
that implement general educational programs of primary , basic secondary, 
general secondary education, approved by order of the Minister of education 
and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 18, 2008 № 125 
(registered in the register of state registration of the ABO number 5191).

3. Almaty, Zhambyl , South Kazakhstan and Almaty offices of education to
 prepare examination papers for the written final exams for schools with Uzbek,
 Uighur and Tajik languages ​​of instruction until May 25, 2016 .

4. Department of pre-school and secondary education , information technology
 ( Zhontaeva JA ) :

1 ) to prepare packages of examination tasks in the Kazakh language and 
literature , Russian language and literature , algebra , algebra and data 
analysis for students of 9 ( 10) 11 ( 12 ) classes of republican specialized
 educational organizations to the May 25, 2016 ;

2 ) to bring the themes of works on the Kazakh language and literature to 
the Ministries of Education of Mongolia , the Republic of Uzbekistan and the
 Russian Federation until April 20, 2016 ;

3 ) submit to the newspaper " Kazakhstan mұғalіmі ", " Teacher of Kazakhstan"
 theme works for publication until April 20, 2016 ;

 4 ) to provide the state registration of this order in the Ministry of 
Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5 ) within ten calendar days after the state registration of this order to 
send it a copy of the official publication in periodicals and legal
 information " Adilet " system , as well as Republican state enterprise on 
the right of economic management "National Center of Legal Information of 
the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan " to be placed in a
 reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
6 ) to place this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Education
 and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

7 ) within ten working days after the state registration of this order in the
 Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to submit to the Legal 
Department of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of 
Kazakhstan information on the performance of the activities contemplated 
in subparagraphs 1 ) , 2 ) and 3 ) of this paragraph .

5. Control of execution of this order to assign to supervising vice -

6. This Order comes into force upon expiry of ten calendar days after 
its first official publication
