Those measures about that speech will go today, it is necessary to realize already from January, 1, 2015. We must operatively accept all possible measures for prevention of negative tendencies.

Today on my errand Government conducts active work already. We revised the parameters of republican budget on 2015th.   All necessary terms are today created for successful work. Administrative reform is conducted, the new frame of Government and executive power works. Every minister knows that to do.         New highways that will build Kazakhstan will renew our economy and society. They fast will bind all corners of our country to the center. The traffics of goods will be accelerated and will increase. The volumes of transit will grow through a country. Our citizens will ride on modern and quality motorways, able safely and quickly to reach in any region. A social infrastructure will become better, new and modern schools and hospitals will render high-quality services. In the total it will affect welfare and quality of life of every Kazakhstan. And most important is all remains on our earth as riches of our future generations.

     Ahead is large and responsible work. To pass global examination on maturity, we must be joined. We must fasten a trust between all Kazakhstan! To be tolerant to each other! It is the keys to the future of Kazakhstan. Internationally - an ethnic consent is life-giving oxygen. We do not notice him, when we breathe, do it automatically - we simply live. We must save our unity and internationally is an ethnic consent. From outside nobody and never will come to do it for us. Our young people grow in a new, independent country. A present generation did not see internationally - ethnic wars and conflicts, devastation of 90th. And many perceive stability and comfort life in Kazakhstan as something fixed from birth.

  In fact what stability and consent? This domestic prosperity, safety, roof above a head. The world is gladness of paternity and maternity, health of parents and happiness of our children. The world is stable work, salary and confidence in a morrow. The world and stability are this public ownership that it is needed by everyday labour to protect and strengthen. I always talk: young people are support of our future. The state opened all doors and all ways before a new generation!
